摘　　要：海南在全国率先提出生态省建设后,注重经济发展与生态保护相协调,经过十几年不懈努力,成功探索了一条符合海南实际的科学发展、绿色崛起之路。具体来说,即是以生态环境保护为核心,以文明生态村建设为载体,以发展生态产业为突破口,以生态文化建设为抓手,以完善生态补偿机制为手段,多管齐下,努力实现保护与发展并举、经济与环境共赢。Hainan Province has paid more attention to the coordinated economic development and ecological protection since taking the lead in putting forward the ecological province construction. After more than 10 years of unremitting efforts, Hainan successfully explored a pattern of scientific and green development. In particular is that, to take ecological environment protection as the core, civilized ecological village construction as the carrier, ecological industry development as the breakthrough point, ecological culture construction as the gripper, ecological compensation mechanism as the means, through muhi-pronged efforts to promote protection and development simul- taneously and achieve economic and environmental win-win goal.
