摘　　要：在分析现有水电工程信息管理系统的基础上,设计了一款基于主题图和百度地图的水电工程信息管理系统,提出了一种新的3层架构思路。该系统设计思路新颖,技术先进,为用户提供基于语义的查询、导航和可视化呈现知识网络,并在百度地图上直观显示水电站所在地理位置,可大大提高水电工程的信息集成和信息管理水平。The paper designed a Topic Maps and Baidu Map-based hydropower engineering information management system and put forward a new idea of three-tier architecture on the basis of analyzing the existing hydropower engineering information management systems. With a new and original idea and advanced techniques in its design, the system is able to provide semantic inquiry, navigation and visualized knowledge display network for the users and also to visually display the geographic location of a hydropower station on the Baidu map so that both information integration and management level could be improved greatly.
