摘　　要：针对医师培训管理系统中培训医师评价的问题,提出了用人工神经网络评价法,构建了定性和定量两个相结合的综合评价模型。结果表明,该方法能够快速且更科学地对医师培训做出综合评价。In view of the problem of training doctors in the training management system,this paper presents a comprehensive evaluation model based on artificial neural network evaluation method,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of two phases.The results show that this method can make a comprehensive evaluation on the training of doctors quickly and scientifically.
