摘 要:基于PSO优化算法对圆孔蜂窝梁进行了快速的截面优化设计,并通过两个经典算例对PSO优化设计程序的寻优能力和收敛能力进行系统的评估,评估表明该算法收敛性能良好。将得到的PSO优化结果与PKPM软件的设计结果进行对比分析,并对PSO优化结果进行ABAQUS建模力学性能分析。研究结果表明:对圆孔蜂窝梁的优化设计而言,PSO优化设计程序在迭代60次后即可收敛得到最优结果;ABAQUS建模分析表明PSO优化结果的力学性能良好;PSO优化结果与PKPM设计结果相比更加经济、合理。因此,建议在工程设计中使用PSO优化算法对圆孔蜂窝梁进行截面优化设计。A rapid optimal design of the cellular beam cross-section was carried out based on particle swarm optimization( PSO) in this paper. The optimization ability and convergence of PSO algorithm was evaluated systematically by two classic examples,and the results exhibited excellent convergence performance. The optimization results were compared with those of PKPM,and the models were built by ABAQUS to evaluate its mechanical properties. The results showed that PSO was able to converge to the optimal section after 60 iterations for the optimal design of cellular beam cross-section,the optimal cross-section was validated by finite element modeling with good mechanical properties,and the optimal results of PSO were very economical and reasonable. Therefore, PSO could be used for cross-section optimization of cellular beams in engineering design.
