高压氧加用含镁极化液治疗脑卒中后癫痫的疗效和对神经元保护的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨分析高压氧加用含镁极化液治疗脑卒中后癫痫的疗效和对神经元保护的作用。方法选取我院2013年4月至2015年1月期间接受治疗的30例脑卒中后癫痫患者作为研究分析对象,将所选患者按治疗方式分为对照组和研究组(患者和患者家属均明确此次治疗方案,并签字确认),每组各15例,对照组采用高压氧进行治疗,研究组患者则采用高压氧联合含镁极化液进行治疗,治疗后,比较两组患者临床治疗状况。结果比较两组患者治疗总疗效,也就是癫痫总控制率,研究组(93.33%)明显高于对照组(80.00%),且数据存在一定差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组患者神经功能缺损状况,研究组明显优于对照组,数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组患者治疗后血清NSE指数(糖分解烯醇酶),研究组明显优于对照组,数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论从本建立在小样本量之上的研究结果显示,高压氧加用含镁极化液治疗可作为脑卒中后癫痫疾病的一种治疗方法,此治疗方式可使癫痫控制率得到控制,对神经元有很好的保护作用,神经功能缺损降低,可作为一种治疗方法,若要临床推广还需要加大样本量,以得出更有意义的结果。Objective： To probe into the effect of hyperbaric oxygen and magnesium containing solution in the treatment of epilepsy after stroke and the protective effect on neurons. Methods： Thirty patients with epilepsy after stroke and who accepted treatments in our hospital from April,2013 to January,2015 were taken as the research subjects,and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group（ patients and family members of patients and their families were clear about the treatment plan,and the signature confirmation was done） according to the treatment method,with 15 patients in each group. In the control group,they were treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy while in the observation group they were treated with the hyperbaric oxygen combined with magnesium polarization liquid treatment. Then,after treatment,the clinical treatment of the two groups were compared. Results： The total efficacy of two groups of patients was compared,93. 33% of the total control rate of epilepsy of the study group was significantly higher than 80% in the control group and there was a certain difference in the data,which had statistically significance（ P〈 0. 05）. The two groups of patients with neurological deficits were compared,the study group was significantly better than the control group,the data had statistically significance（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment of serum NSE index of two groups of patients were compared,the study group was significantly better than the control group,and the data had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The results of this study are significant. The hyperbaric oxygen combined with magnesium polarization liquid can be used as a treatment for epilepsy after stroke and this method can control the rate of epilepsy control,which has a good protective effect on neurons,neurological deficits,and its clinical application value is better,thus it should be vigorously promoted.
