摘  要:目的了解上海市嘉定区中小学校洗手设施及制度情况,为提升学校的卫生水平提供参考。方法采用上海市疾病预防控制中心设计的《2014年中小学校洗手相关设施及制度情况调查表》对嘉定区全部中小学校开展问卷调查。结果嘉定区80所中小学校开展洗手相关健康教育的比例为91.2%;建立和落实洗手相关制度的比例为53.7%;厕所洗手池贴图解比例为28.7%;提供干手用具占比6.2%。制订和落实洗手相关制度,操场旁装有水龙头,学生在玩耍后正确洗手,公办学校的比例均远低于民工学校,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论嘉定区中小学校,尤其是公办学校的洗手制度和设施情况不理想,应建立健全洗手制度,需加强学生洗手设施投入和正确洗手的宣教工作。Objective To understand the situation of hand washing facilities and system among primary and middle schools in Jiading District of Shanghai,so as to provide the reference for improving the health level of students. Methods Aquestionnaire survey was conducted for the hand washing facilities and system in all the primary and secondary schools of Jiading Districtin 2014. Results Of the 80 primary and secondary schools, the proportion of conducting health educa- tion of hand washing was 91.2%; the proportion of establishing and implementing hand washing system was 53.7%; the pro- portion of pastinghealth education diagrams near the lavatory sink was 28.7% ;the proportion of dry hand appliances was 6.2%. The proportions of formulating and implementing the system of hand washing, having water faucets next to the play- ground, and students washing hands properly after playing, were much lower in public schools compared with those in mi- grant schools. Conclusion The facilities and hand washing system inthe primary and secondary schools is not ideal. Therefore, we should establish and perfect the system of hand washing, and it is necessary to strengthen the health educa- tion in schools.
