摘  要:目的建立一种简便、经济实用、适合基层实验室检测白酒中锰的方法。方法样品于水浴上蒸干,以水溶解残渣,用过硫酸铵分光光度法测定。结果本法在0-4.0μg/m L浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.999 6,相对标准偏差1.16%-4.97%,回收率94.0%-101.5%,方法检出限为0.076μg/m L。结论该方法操作简便,经济实用,具有灵敏度高、准确度好的特点,尤其适合缺少精密仪器的基层实验室进行白酒中锰的检测。Objective To establish a simple, economical and practical method suitable for the primary lab to de- termine manganese in wine. Methods The sample was taken to dry over water bath, the residue was dissolved with wa- ter, and manganese was determined by using the ammonium persulphate spectrophotometric method. Results The method hada good linear within the range of 0-4.0 μg/mL.The correlation coefficient was 0.9996, the relative standard de- viation was 1.16-4.97%, the average recovery rate was 94.0-101.5%, the detection limit was 0.076 μg/ml. Conclusion This method is simple, economic and of practice with high sensitivity and good accuracy characteristics. It is suitable for the primary lab.
