摘　　要：目的探讨早期吸吮棒棒糖对小儿先天性胆总管囊肿切除术后患儿胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法采用随机对照实验设计，将行先天性胆总管囊肿切除术后的患儿分为实验组和对照组：对照组给予常规护理；实验组在常规护理的基础上。术后6h开始吸吮草莓味棒棒糖，每4h一次，每次20～30min，直到恢复饮食为止。比较两组患儿术后肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排便时间。采用SPSS17．0软件进行统计分析。结果共有58例患儿完成了临床观察，实验组和对照组各29例。实验组患儿术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排便时间早于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论先天性胆总管囊肿切除术后患儿早期吸吮棒棒糖有助于肠蠕动恢复，缓解术后腹胀，促进胃肠功能的恢复。Objective To explore the effect of providing lollipops early to improve the recovery of children＇s gastro in-testinal function after congenital choledochal cyst excision. Methods Using a randomized controlled trial design, the chil- dren post congenital choledochal cyst excision were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care. Six hours after the operation, the trial group started sucking strawberry lollipops （once every 4 hours, 20-30 minutes per time）, until a normal diet was offered. Return of the children＇s bowel sound and bowel movement were com-pleted on 58 children N 29 in each group. The bowel sounds recovery time and bowel movement time of trial group were earlier than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Providing lol- lipops after congenital choledochal cyst excision helps the children＇s intestinal peristalsis recover early, relieve postopera- tive abdominal distension, and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
