摘  要:目的根据2013年版《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量》(Chinese Dietary Reference Intakes,以下简称DRIs)提出对微量营养素的风险等级划分,为我国营养政策和相关标准的制修订提供适当参考。方法以2013版DRIs中的微量营养素UL、RNI(AI)数据为基础,以我国学者确定的微量营养素风险等级划分方法为依据,将UL/RNI〈5的营养素定为A级,UL/RNI在5~100之间的营养素定为B级,未设定UL或UL/RNI〉100的营养素定为C级。结果风险等级为A级的微量营养素:维生素A、维生素D、胆碱、碘、钙、磷、锰、铁、硒、锌、烟酸、叶酸、氟。风险等级为B级的微量营养素:维生素B6、维生素C、维生素E、钼、铜、烟酰胺。风险等级为C级的微量营养:维生素B1、维生素B12、维生素B2、维生素K、泛酸、铬、钾、氯、镁、钠、生物素。结论上述风险等级为A级的营养素安全范围较窄,容易发生过量摄入的危险,在制定相应的营养强化标准时,应高度重视并进行个案评估;上述风险等级为B级的营养素安全范围相对较宽,过量摄入风险较小,但个别营养素的过量风险仍不能忽视。Objective:According to recommendation about the division of risk classification of micronutrients from the new edition of DRI in 2013,the purpose is committed to provide appropriate reference for nutrition policy and the revision of related standard system in our country. Method:We would set the UL/RNI of nutrients 5 as class A,set the UL/RNI of nutrients between 5 ~ 100 as class B,and set the UL/RNI of nutrients 100 or the UL which cannot be configured as pantothenic class C base on appropriate recommended method for the data of UL,RNI(AI)of micronutrients from the new edition in 2013 DRIs;meanwhile,we would use the method of risk classification of micronutrients determined by the scholars of our country as a reference. Results:Micronutrients in class A level of risk:VA,VD,folic acid,niacin,calcium,phosphorus,iron,zinc,selenium,manganese,fluorine,choline,and iodine. Micronutrients in class B level of risk:VC,VE,VB1,VB6,molybdenum,copper,and niacin amide. Micronutrients in class C level of risk:VB1,VB2,VB(12),vitamin k,acid,biotin,chromium,potassium,sodium,chloride,iron. Conclusion:The safe range of the micronutrients in class A level of risk is relatively narrow that excessive consumption is likely to occur. Therefore,Attention should be paid to and be evaluated as an individual case when we are formulating the corresponding fortified standard about the nutrition. In addition,the safe range of the micronutrients in class B level of risk is relatively wide. Moreover,the risk of excessive consumption is lower,but its risk cannot be ignored.
