心理护理联合营养支持疗法对胃癌患者围手术期生活质量及人格状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理联合营养支持护理对胃癌患者围手术期人格状况及生活质量的影响。方法病例来源于我院2012年3月～2015年2月收治确诊的114例进行手术的胃癌患者，所纳入病例按照随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组，两组各为57例。对照组给予常规性护理，观察组则在常规护理的前提下进行心理干预护理和营养支持疗法，比较两组患者干预前后的抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、PSQI睡眠质量评分等。结果观察组干预后SDS评分、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分、PSQI评分、艾森克人格问卷（EPQ）评分与生活质量量表（SF-36）评分均明显优于对照组，比较差异存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论心理干预护理联合营养支持疗法能够显著改善患者睡眠质量和人格状况，有效促进患者康复，提高其生活质量，具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To study psychological nursing combined nutrition support in patients with gastric cancer perioperative personality condition and the influence of the quality of life. Methods There 114 cases of gastric cancer patients treated in our hospital from March 2012 to February 2015 were confirmed , According to the random number table method, all of the casewere divided into observation group and control group, each of groups have 57 eases pa- tients. Give control group routine nursing, the observation group psychological intervention on the premise of conventional nursing care and nutritional support care, compared two groups of patients before and after the intervention of the SDS score table, PSQI sleep score and so on. Results Observation group after the intervention scores of SDS and SAS scores, PSQI score, EPQ scoring and SF - 36 scores were significantly better than the control group, the comparative differences are statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Psychological intervention nursing combined nutrition support can significantly improve patients＇ sleep quality and personality, effectively promote patients recovery, to improve the quality of life, has the important clinical application value.
