摘　　要：毒性病理学家资质认证为聘用方、监管机构和卫生部门提供确认毒性病理学家资质的方法。认定合格毒性病理学家资质的基本要素包括考查教育背景、资格考试、工作经验和外部评估。目前,全球不同国家或地区的毒性病理学家资质认证标准既有共同之处又有各自特点。本综述从教育背景、资格考试、工作经验和外部评估四个方面简要介绍了北美兽医病理学院(ACVP)、欧洲兽医病理学院(ECVP)、英国皇家病理学院(RCPath)、日本毒性病理学会(JSTP)等的认证方法。随着毒性病理学领域全球化的脚步不断加快,制定一个毒性病理学家资质认证的全球化标准迫在眉睫。认证毒性病理学家资质的全球化标准应涉及三个基本方面:制定毒性病理学家必须掌握的知识标准和技能标准,明确考查个人的毒性病理学知识储备,制定一个可独立衡量教育背景和工作经验的体系。未来毒性病理学家资质认证的全球化发展将沿着这个方向前进,全球公认的通用标准结合现有的公共经验能够为我国认证毒性病理学家资质提供快速而可靠的方法。Toxicologic pathologist qualification certification helps to determine qualified toxicologic pathologists for the employing institutions, regulatory agencies and health authorities. Education background, qualification examination, work experience and external evaluation are the basic elements in evaluating the toxicologic pathologist qualification. At present, the standards of toxicologic pathologist qualification certification in different regions or countries not only share many similarities, but also have their own characteristics. This review briefly introduced the certification methods of North America Veterinary College of Pathologists（ACVP）, European Veterinary Institute of Pathology（ECVP）, Royal College of Pathology（RCPath） and Japanese Society of Toxicologic Pathology（JSTP） from the four aspects of education background, qualification examination, work experience and external evaluation. With the rapid development of globalization in the toxicologic pathology area, an urgent problem is to set an international standard for the qualification certification of toxicologic pathologists, which includes the following three basic aspects： to define and disseminate a standard pool of knowledge and skills a proficient pathologist must master to explicitly examine individuals for a common store of core knowledge in the field, as well as to define an algorithm by which relevant education and experiences can be weighed independently by a group of peers. The future of global toxicologic pathologist qualification certification will develop along this direction. That is to combine the global acknowledgment of common standards with our communal experience, which can provide a fast and reliable method for recognizing qualified toxicologic pathologist in China.
