摘　　要：目的:建立亚叶酸钠注射液细菌内毒素的常规检测方法。方法:按《中国药典》2010版附录ⅪE细菌内毒素检查方法进行。结果:在验证条件下,样品稀释至0.25 EU·m L-1(1.5mg·m L-1)时对细菌内毒素检查法无干扰作用。结论:建立的方法用于检查亚叶酸钠注射液的细菌内毒素可行。Objective： To establish a bacterial endotoxin test method for sodium folinate injection. Methods： The test method was carried out according to the bacterial endotoxin test method indexed in the appendix of China Pharmacopoeia（2010 edition） appendixⅪ E. Results： Under the test condition, the maximum noninterference concentration for sodium folinate was 0.25 EU·m L-1（1.5 mg·m L-1）. Conclusion： This method can be used in bacterial endotoxin test of sodium folinate injection.
