摘 要:肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是我国常见的恶性肿瘤,病死率高。探索HCC的相关危险因素和治疗靶标,开展HCC病因预防和早期治疗具有重要公共卫生价值。信号传导与转录激活因子3(signaltransducer and activators of transcription3,STAT3)是多条炎症信号通路的关键分子,在肝癌组织中有较高表达水平,其异常活化可能与HCC的发生发展、侵袭转移和预后等过程密切相关。本文对STAT3与HCC相关性研究、HCC病因预防、针对性治疗等问题进行综述,可为HCC预防和治疗策略制定提供参考。Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignancies with high fatality rate in China. To investigate the related risk factors and therapeutic targets, and actively carry out the prevention and early treatment is of great public health value. Signal transducer and activators of transcription 3 (STAT3) is the key molecule of multiple inflammation-associated signaling pathways. Recent studies have found that HCC patients have high expressing levels of STAT3 in tumor tissues, and aberrant activation of STAT3 is closely associated with the occurrence, development, invasion, metastasis, and prognosis of HCC. in this paper, we reviewed the researches on the associations of STAT3 with the occurrence and prognosis of HCC and prospected on the issues of causal prophylaxis and targeted therapy for HCC which could offer reference for the protection strategy of HCC.
