民营企业“贷款难之谜”的政治经济学解读

摘　　要：作为社会主义市场经济补充的民营企业正成为我国经济的主要支撑力量,并在吸纳就业、活跃市场、促进技术创新等方面发挥着重要的作用。但是,民营经济发展环境好么?为什么民营企业"贷款难"问题愈演愈烈,这其中内在的逻辑是什么?本文把民营企业贷款难和政府行为及政府主导的投资拉动型经济增长模式结合在一起,通过理论分析与实证检验揭示民营企业"贷款难之谜"。并在此基础上提出政策建议。As a socialist market economy, private enterprise as a supplement of national economy is becoming the main pillars of our economy, and creating jobs, stimulating market, promoting technological innovation and so on play an important role. But Have a good environment for the development of private economy？ Why private enterprise exists ＂loans difficult＂ problems more serious, which is what the internal logic？ In this paper, the private enterprises and governmental actions in getting loans and governmentled investment-leading growth model together, reveal ＂the mystery of getting loans＂ by theoretical analysis and empirical testing on private enterprise, and policy recommendations on this basis.
