摘　　要：脾脏多发性脉管瘤极其少见,通常无明显症状.核磁共振成像为首选影像学检查,但诊断上仍存在一定难度,最终病理切片才能明确诊断.手术治疗为脾多发性脉管瘤的首选治疗方法.Multiple vascular tumors of the spleen is a rare clinical condition. Since this conditionhas no specific clinical manifestations, MRI is the preferred imaging examination. However,there is still certain difficulty in the diagnosis,and a clear diagnosis often relies on pathology.Surgery is the primary therapeutic option for multiple vascular tumors of the spleen.
