摘　　要：梅西评分法是一种用于比赛排名的评分方法,微信公众平台是现在许多高校图书馆发布信息、与读者互动的服务新载体。通过选取和定义平台服务数据、引入时间信息加权函数建立一种基于梅西法的动态评价模型,并给出高校图书馆微信公众平台服务的评分排序案例。Massey rating system（MRS） is generally used in game ranking and rating, while Wechat platform is lately used by many college libraries to inform and interact. A dynamic evaluation model based on MRS is established, and hence ranking and rating cases of college library wechat platform service are offered via the selection and defi-nition of relative data, and the introduction of weighted function with reference to time information.
