摘　　要："卓越计划"要求高校思政课教学与卓越人才培养标准相匹配,而目前卓越班的思政课教学存在着改革相对滞后、协同创新性不够、质量监控体系不够完善、实效性不强等突出问题,严重影响到卓越人才培养的质量。针对存在的突出问题,应从推进教学改革、加强协同创新、构建和完善教学质量监控体系、增强教学实效性等四个路径寻求解决之道。＂Excellent Plan＂ requires course teaching of College Ideological and Political Education to match with the stand- ards of excellent talent training, but today, the course teaching exists some serious problems, such as lagged reform, insufficient collaborative innovation, imperfect quality control system, incapable effectiveness, which will seriously affect the quality of excellent talent training. Thus we should seek the solutions to these problems.
