基于DEA方法的玉米农户经营效率分析——以敦化市为例

摘　　要：本文基于敦化市玉米种植农户的问卷调查,运用数据包络分析方法对经营效率进行分析测算,结果表明:技术效率和纯技术效率的效率值普遍存在非有效状态,相对效率偏差较大,规模效率的效率值较高,相对效率偏差较小。为此,再运用交叉分析找出效率的影响因素分别是:家庭收入、务农人数、玉米种植经历、新技术使用、短期目标和长期规划、农民的组织化程度。最后提出注重技术引进,提高农户组织化程度,通过效率提高收入的对策建议。Based on Dunhua corn farmers of the questionnaire data analysis, using data envelopment analy- sis method to measure the operational efficiency, the results showed that the efficiency value of the techni- cal efficiency and pure technical efficiency widespread not valid state, relative efficiency deviation is bigger, the efficiency of scale efficiency value is higher, relative efficiency deviation is smaller. Further, using the cross analysis to find out the factors affecting the efficiency of respectively is： household income, number of farming, corn planting experience and use of new technologies and short-run goals and long-run plan- ning, the degree of organization. And put forward suggestions on operation efficiency, pay attention to technology import, increase the degree of farmers organization, improve income by efficiency.
