摘　　要：开发的系统适用于各类汽车桥壳的柔性化涂胶作业,由机器人自动涂胶,实现汽车桥壳自吊装就位、定心、校平、装夹到机器人涂胶等工序无人化作业,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,改善了工作环境。相对传统的人工涂胶作业,生产效率更高,产品质量更加稳定可靠,而且产能提高近1倍。The designed system was suitable for flexible gluing operation of various kinds of automobile axle housings,gluing was completed by robot automatically,unmanned operations including automobile axle housings lifting in place,centering,leveling,clipping to robot to coat were realized,so labor intensity of workers was greatly reduced,the working environment was improved. Comparing to transmission manual gluing operation,high production efficiency,more stable and reliable product quality and nearly double productivity are achieved.
