企业质量文化对企业绩效的作用机理

摘　　要：由于企业质量文化对企业绩效的重要提升作用,企业质量文化扮演着越来越重要的角色。我国企业正处于质量文化建设初期,对企业质量文化与企业绩效之间的作用关系需要更加深入地研究才能满足需求。本文选取已有的企业质量文化建设三元模型,在此基础上进行延伸,基于利益相关者建立企业质量文化对企业绩效作用的三元模型。希望通过该模型使企业更了解关注企业质量文化建设的核心三要素。Enterprise quality culture is increasingly important due to its key promotion role in enterprise performance.The Chinese enterprises at their initial stage in the establishment of quality culture need to conduct more research on the relationship between enterprise quality culture and enterprise performance to satisfy their own needs. This paper chooses the existing three-part model in the establishment of enterprise quality culture, extends and revises its content to reflect the role of enterprise quality culture in enterprise performance based on the stakeholders,which is expected to make enterprises understand the core three elements in enterprise quality culture.
