互助小组学习模式促进智商与情商共同培养

摘　　要：目的探索高等医学院校学生智商和情商共培养的学习模式。方法在组织学与胚胎学课程教学中尝试了以学习形式的合作、实验内容的合作、实验报告的合作、问题讨论的合作、学习行为的合作等"以学生为中心"的"互助小组"学习模式。结果"互助小组"学习模式,不仅能有效提高学生的学业成绩,又培养学生良好的非认知品质。结论"互助小组"学习模式能促进学生智商与情商共同提高。在大学一年级新生学习习惯形成的最佳时期,建立科学的、有效的学习模式(或学习习惯)也成为必要。Objective To explore the learning mode of students＇ IQ and EQ in medical colleges. Methods A mutual-aid learning mode was explored in learning the histology and embryology course which was concerned with learning behavior,experiment content,experimental report and question discussion. Results Mutual-aid learning mode was not only effectively in improving the academic performance of students,but also cultivating better noncognitive quality of students. Conclusion Mutual-aid learning mode can promote the development of IQ and EQ.It is necessary to establish a scientific,effective learning mode（ or learning habit） in the best period of the first grade of university freshmen which can develop a good learning habits.
