摘　　要：当前,我国高校思想政治教育面临的现实困境在于人文关怀的缺失,故而高校思想政治教育要走出困境,就必须遵循马克思主义哲学思维,就必须贯彻"以人为本"的理念,才能创新思想政治教育工作的方法和途径。The problems of ideological and political education of colleges nowadays lie in the absence of humanistic care.It is required that the colleges should conform to philosophical thoughts of Marxism,complement＂people-oriented＂belief to innovate the ways of ideological and political education.
