摘　　要：基于导游执业自由化的发展趋势,结合安徽省社会导游管理的现状,探讨今后符合该区域发展的社会导游管理新思路,提出了在导游服务公司建立网络化管理及多元化评价体系、完善导游保险制度、充分发挥导游行业协会职能等对策。Based on the development trend of liberalization practice of tour guide,combined with the social status of Anhui social tour guide management,this paper explores the new tour guide management ideas in line with the development of the region,and proposes some countermeasures,such as the establishment of network management and diversified evaluation system in tour guide service agencies,improving the tour guide insurance system,giving full play to the function of tourism trade association,etc.
