HPV联合TCT在宫颈病变筛查中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究HPV联合TCT在宫颈病变筛查中的临床应用价值。方法选择2014年6月~2015年6月于我院妇科就诊的患者257例为研究对象,分别行HPV、TCT及病理活检,对患者的临床检查资料进行分析。结果257例患者中阴道镜下病理活检阳性者163例,其中HPV阳性者136例,阳性检出率为83.43%,TCT阳性者113例,阳性率为69.32%;两者联合监测阳性者155例,阳性检出率为95.09%。联合HPV和TCT检查的灵敏度最高,较单一使用HPV和单一使用TCT相比,检出率显著升高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 HPV联合TCT能提高宫颈病变的检出率,在宫颈病变的筛查中具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the value of thinprep cytology test（TCT） combined with the detection of human papilloma virus（HPV） in cervical lesions screening. Methods 257 patients in our hospital from June 2014 to June2015 were analyzed by TCT, HPV and pathological biopsy. Results All of the patients were accepted pathologic biopsy by colposcope,among them 163 cases were positve, HPV positive with 136 cases,accounting for 83.43%; TCT positive with 113 cases, accounting for 74.23%; TCT combined with the HPV positive with 155 cases, accounting for 95.09%.For TCT combined with the HPV sensitivity compared with a single TCT or HPV, the detection rate was significantly higher and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is important for the clinical use of HPV combined with TCT which can improve the detection rate earlier in cervical lesions screening.
