摘　　要：目的了解乌市某三级甲等医院高血压的流行现状,为防治和诊断提供预防策略。方法选择2014年1~4月乌市某三级甲等医院760例在职医师为研究对象,监测血压,比较不同性别、年龄组、不同岗位职工高血压检出率。结果 760例医师中有127例检出高血压,检出率为16.71%。其中男性医师高血压检出率为23.31%,女性医师高血压检出率为12.50%,两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。并且随着年龄的增长,男性与女性的高血压检出率均呈上升趋势;26~34岁、35~44岁及45~54岁的相同年龄组中,男性高血压检出率均高于女性,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对不同性别、岗位高血压的检出率比较中显示,外科男性医师高血压检出率高于女性,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论外科45~54岁组男性医师高血压检出率最高。防止高危人群发生高血压而采取的预防和各种综合干预及健康管理手段应因人而异。Objective To explore the current situation of the prevalence of hypertension among staff on duty of a thirdgrade class-A hospital in Urumqi,so as to provide references for formulating preventive measures. Methods All 760 staff who received physical examination in our hospital from January to April 2014 were selected according to random sample. Detection rate of hypertension among different genders, ages and department were analyzed. Results In 760 cases of medical detection, 127 cases with high blood pressure, detection rate of 16.71%. Male physicians detection rate of hypertension was 23.31%, the female doctor detection rate of hypertension was 12.50%. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. And as the growth of the age, male and female detection rate of hypertension was on the rise; the same age in 26-34 years old, 35-44 years old group and 45 to 54 years old in group, female detection rate of hypertension were higher than male, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. With different gender, jobs rate of high blood pressure, according to the comparison of surgical male physicians detection rate of hypertension than women, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The detection rate of hypertension of 45-54 years old group of male doctors in surgery department is the lighest, prevention, comprehensive interventions and health management of preventing high blood pressure in the high risk population should be different from person to person.
