摘　　要：目的调查某高校附属医院护理实习生与在职护士的专业价值观的现状,探讨影响护理从业人员专业价值观的因素,为进一步开展护理教育提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,分别对某高校附属医院的护理专业实习生与在职护士2个群体进行问卷调查。结果在职护士的专业价值观得分高于护理实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、学历、实习期的护理实习生的专业价值观总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同政治面貌、职称、工作年限的在职护士的专业价值观总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄、学历、实习期是护理实习生护理专业价值观的影响因素;政治面貌、职称、工作年限是在职护士护理专业价值观的影响因素。结论护理实习生及在职护士对护理专业价值观的总体认同存在差异,护理教育和管理者应根据不同护理人群专业价值观的特点,采取各种措施促进其专业价值观水平的提高。Objective To survey the present situation of professional values among nursing interns and in-service nurses in a university affiliated hospital and to explore the factors affecting their professional values in order to provide the basis for fur-ther conducting the nursing education. Methods By adopting the stratified cluster sampling method,the two groups of nursing interns and in-service nurses in a university affiliated hospital were conducted a questionnaire survey. Results The professional values score of the in-service nurses were higher than those of the nursing interns,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the total score of professional values in the nursing interns had statistical differences among different ages,education backgrounds and practical periods（P〈0.05）;the total score of professional values in the in-service nurses had statistical differences among political status,technical post titles and working years（P〈0.05）;age,education background and practical period were the influencing factors of nursing professional values in nursing interns;the political status,post title and working years were the influencing factors of nursing professional values in the in-service nurses. Conclusion The difference in total identification of nursing professional value exists between the nursing interns and in-service nurses,therefore the nursing education and administrators should adopt various measures to promote the increase of professional values level according to the characteristics of professional values in different nursing groups.
