摘　　要：介绍了导电胶(ECA)的组成、分类,特别综述了国内外对银(Ag)系、铜(Cu)系和碳系等ECA的研究进展。最后对进一步研究开发新型性价比高的微电子互联ECA提供了思路,并对高性能ECA的未来发展方向进行了展望。The composition and classification of electrically conductive adhesive（ECA）were introduced,theresearch progress of silver（Ag） series ECA,copper（Cu） series ECA,and carbon series ECA was speciallysummarized at home and abroad. Finally,a thinking was provided in further investigating and developing newmicroelectronics interconnected ECA with higher cost-effective,and the future development direction of ECA withhigh properties was expected.
