摘　　要：辅导员艺术修养的高低能够直接或间接地影响辅导员在工作中的管理水平,从而也影响着学生的精神风貌。辅导员俱备较高的艺术修养有利于拉近与学生之间的距离、拓展工作方法、更好地展现个人风采。与此同时,在对大学生培养过程中注重学生艺术修养的提升,有利于促进大学生专业技能和创新能力的提高,引导其树立正确的价值观,从而拥有健康的身心和良好的形象气质。The art training of counselors can directly or indirectly affect the level of management in the work of counselors, which also affects the students＇ mental outlook. Counselors, who have high artistic accomplishment, are conducive to close the distance between students, expand the working methods, and show personal style. At the same time, in the cultivation of college students with paying attention on the improvement of students＇ artistic accomplishment, it is beneficial to promote college students＇ professional skills and innovation ability, guide them to establish a correct value, so as to have a healthy body and shape a good image quality.
