摘　　要：通过实验,详细分析了在硅铝靶使用不同的溅射功率时,如何选择最合适的工艺气体流量和氩/氮气比例,降低其钢化前后可见光透过率的变化量,生产出高质量的可钢化Low-E玻璃。This paper analyses the methods in detail to reduce transmittance variation of visible light by selecting the most appropriate process gas flow and the optimal rate of Ar and N2 for Silicon Aluminum target sputtering at different power.
