高校实验室管理机构及工作的定位思考与实践探索

摘　　要：高校实验室是学校办学、科研和社会服务能力与水平的重要载体和主要标志。随着高校实验室工作与职能的不断拓展,对实验室管理工作的要求不断提升,实验室管理机构应明确自身的工作定位与职责,为学校的教学、科研做好支撑保障和促进能力提升等工作。该文探讨了高校实验室管理机构的发展与职能定位,并对多校区高校实验室管理机构及工作进行了实践探索。The university laboratory is an important carrier and main symbol of the ability and level of school running,scientific research and social service.The school＇s various types of publicity and visits always focus on the laboratory building,scientific research,social services,which are based on the laboratory as an important backing.With the continuous development of the laboratory work and function of the university,to continuously improve the level of laboratory management should be required.Laboratory management organization undertakes running security work in laboratories of colleges and universities,which should recognize their own work position and responsibilities,support and promote the ability to enhance the work of school teaching and scientific researching.This paper discusses the development and functions of the laboratory management institutions in colleges and universities,and takes the practice and exploration of laboratory management institutions and work in multi-campus colleges and universities.
