摘　　要：为了促进"卓越计划"企业阶段培养的有效实施,文中明确"卓越工程师教育培养计划"中企业学习阶段的主要任务,简要阐述企业学习阶段主要内容以及企业学习阶段的主要实施方式,分析"卓越工程师教育培养计划"在企业培养过程中常遇到的问题,并提出相应的解决措施。To promote the effective implementation of the plan for educating and cultivating excellent engineers,this article briefly describes the main task,main content and specific mode of enterprise learning phase in excellent engineer educating and cultivating program,and analyzes some problems frequently encountered in the corporate training process,and finally proposes the corresponding solutions.
