摘  要:建设教育技术专题博物馆,传承历史,启迪未来,是我国教育技术事业发展到一定阶段的必然产物。通过教育技术博物馆开展场馆学习,创新学习方式,更是新时期学习走向多元化的必然选择。场馆学习在国外已进入较为成熟的应用和研究阶段,而在我国才刚刚起步。如何挖掘开发现有场馆的学习功能;如何在新建教育技术场馆中考虑场馆学习的特性和需求,注意关键元素的设计;如何利用信息技术支撑场馆学习,构建终身学习体系,是当今教育技术和学习科学研究者的共同使命。从2010年开始,美国新媒体联盟几乎每年都发布《新媒体联盟地平线报告》(博物馆版),预测未来五年有可能应用于场馆学习的新技术,分析和展望由此可能给场馆学习带来的新变化,助推了场馆学习活动和研究的快速发展。Constructing educational technology museum to inherit history and inspire the future is an inevitable outcome of the development of Educational Technology in China. Using educational technology museum to carry out museum learning and thus to innovate learning is the inevitable choice of the pluralism of learning in the new era. Even though it has been fully applied and researched in foreign countries, museum-based Learning has just bloomed in China. How to fully utilize the learning function of existing venues, how to incorporate the characteristics and demands of museum learning and consider the design of key elements in the construction of new educational technology museum, and how to use information technology to support museum learning to establish lifelong learning system are the common research missions of Educational Technology and Learning Sciences. Starting from 2010, the New Media Consortium in the U.S.A. released The New Media Consortium Horizon Report: Museum Edition almost every year. These reports have predicted the new technologies that might be used in museum-based learning in the next five years. The reports also analyzed and prospected new changes that might happen in museum-based learning. The reports have boosted the application and research of museum-based Learning.
