摘 要:肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的耐受性在临床治疗中备受关注,肿瘤细胞逃避凋亡机制在耐药机制不断研究中成为关注要点,凋亡抑制蛋白家族成员之一X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein,XIAP),分别在肾癌、肝癌、结肠癌、肺癌、胰腺癌、人类卵巢癌等肿瘤细胞耐药的发生发展中起着关键性作用,研究表明XIAP高表达于耐药性卵巢癌细胞的胞质中,通过多种途径影响肿瘤细胞的生长,但对其发生机制及应对策略尚未明确,现针对XIAP基因对卵巢癌治疗影响的新进展进行综述,为临床治疗卵巢癌细胞耐药性的研究提供新的思路。Tumor cell resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs has become more and more concerned in the clinical treatment, the tumor cells to escape apoptotic mechanisms become focusing points about the ongoing research in the resistance mechanism, XIAP is one of the chain of anti-apoptotic pathway of apoptosis protein family IAPs, respectively, play a key role in the development of kidney cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer and other human tumor cell resistance, and studies have shown that high expression of XIAP in ovarian resistance cytoplasm of cancer cells can affect the growth of tumor cells through a variety of ways, but over the whole of the mechanism and countermeasures is not yet clear, now summarizes the current research progress about new progresses of XIAP gene are reviewed for the clinical treatment ovarian cancer drug resistance studies,and also provide new ideas.
