摘　　要：加强寝室文化建设,发挥其育人功能,使寝室成为高校实施素质教育、学生全面发展的重要阵地是当前大学生思想政治教育面临的重要任务。坚持学校主导和学生主体相结合,目标导向和过程管理相结合原则;提高思想认识,是加强寝室文化建设工作的前提;管理队伍建设,是落实寝室文化建设工作的关键;基础设施建设,是完善寝室文化建设工作的基石;规章制度建设,是促进寝室文化建设工作的保障;思想政治教育,是突出寝室文化建设工作的旋律;文化活动建设,是寝室文化建设工作的主要内容,是当前加强高校寝室文化建设的有效途径。It is a significant task for the current ideological and political education to strengthen the construction of the dormitory culture and play its educational role,making the bedroom become an important place for quality education and comprehensive development for college students. It is necessary to insist on the combination of school＇s leading role and student＇s subjectivity as well as the combination of goal-oriented and process management working principle. Furthermore,the enhancement of student ＇s understanding is the premise of strengthening the dormitory culture construction work; the management team building is the key to the implementation of the dormitory culture construction work; the infrastructure construction is the cornerstone to improve dormitory culture construction work; the construction of rules and regulations is the guarantee to promote the dormitory culture construction work; the ideological and political education is the melody highlighted in dormitory cultural construction work; and the construction of cultural activities is the main content of the dormitory culture work,which is an effective way to strengthen college dormitory culture construction.
