摘 要:通过对各水利高职院校所开设的专业及课程设置研究发现,各高职院校没有专门的水务管理信息化专业和相应的课程体系,而以物联网、云计算等高新技术发展为基础的水利现代化产生了更高的用人需求。因此,各用人单位的用工需求与各高职院校的人才培养产生了严重脱节。笔者从水务管理信息化人才培养模式的探索、课程体系的构建两方面进行研究并实践,以促进水利高职人才的培养去主动适应国家,乃至区域经济对水利信息化人才的渴求,从而提高办学质量和缓解水利信息化人才的结构性失业现状。The researching of majors and curriculum settings in higher vocational celleges found that there were no special water management information majors and corresponding curriculum system in higher vocational college, but the development of water conservancy modernization was based on internet of things and cloud computing technology generates a higher level of employment needs.Therefore, the employers ' labor needs and the training of talents in higher vocational colleges had a serious disconnect. Through the exploration of talents training mode and construction for course system from Water Affairs management informationization research and practice, to promote water conservancy personnel training in higher vocational colleges meet state and the regional economy's hunger for talents of water conservancy informatization. So as to improve the quality in running school and reduce structural unemployment situation of talents of water conservancy informatization.
