“生态立省”战略视野下的生态道德意识培育

摘　　要：生态道德意识是建设生态文明的依托和精神动力来源。青海是生态大省,长期以来由于受市场经济的影响,人们把经济利益作为追求的首要目标,我省的生态资源遭到严重的污染和破坏。因此,在依法推进生态文明建设的同时,大力培育全省人民生态道德意识,不断强化全民生态文明观念,对于"生态立省"战略目标的实现具有十分重要的意义。Ecological moral awareness is the basis of developing the ecological ivilization and the source of spiritual driving force.Qinghai is a large ecological province,which has long been affected by the market economy.The ecological resources of our province has been seriously damaged and polluted as the result of the pursuing of economic interests as the chief objective.Therefore,at the same time of promoting the construction of ecological civilization by the law,vigorously cultivating local people＇s ecological moral awareness and continiously strengthening the concept of the whole people＇s ecological civilization concept make a great deal to our realization of the strategic goal of ecological province.
