硕士生精品网络课程自主学习的动力机制分析

摘　　要：随着网络学习的日益普及,精品网络课程以其独特的优势受到教育领域的关注。以广西桂林某高校硕士研究生为研究对象,通过调查分析,硕士研究生自主学习精品网络课程的动力主要来自两个方面:一是内在动力因素,如硕士研究生自身的独特性、精品网络课程优越性的吸引;二是外在动力,如网络学习普及下学习形式多样化的需求、我国研究生教育课程体系的不足、社会对人才观的转变等。With the growing popularity of e-learning, boutique network course with its unique advantages attracts the attention of the field of education. This study researches graduate students in a university of Guangxi Guilin and finds there are two motives for postgraduate students＇ independent study of network course. One is the internal dynamic factors, such as postgraduate own unique advantages and the charm of network quality courses. Another is the external drive, including diverse forms of learning needs under the popularity of online learning, the problems of curriculum system in postgraduate education and the change of society＇s view for talent.
