摘　　要：文章针对高职计算机应用专业(Java软件方向)的岗位进行了调研。主要内容包括软件产业的发展、岗位人才需求及目前高职软件专业毕业生的现状。明确指出软件人才培养方向及岗位需求标准,分析了目前高职软件专业应该加强的培养方向。为高职院校软件专业的人才培养方案的制定提供了一定的指导作用,同时为软件专业相关课程的改革提供思路和方向。The article researches the jobs of higher vocational computer application specialty （Java software direction）. Main contents of the research include the development of software industry, post demand and the current situation of higher vocational software specialty graduates. This paper explicitly points out the software talent training direction and position requirements standard, and analyzes the training direction that higher vocational software specialty should strengthen at present. The paper gives certain guide for the higher vocational software professional talent training scheme. At the same time it provides thoughts and direction for the reform of software professional courses,
