摘　　要：大学生人格教育是大学生思想政治教育工作的组成部分。党的十八大报告提出"文化是民族的血脉,是人民的精神家园"。在大学生思想政治教育领域里,传承和弘扬儒家思想为代表中国优秀传统文化是极其重要的。因此,在当代大学生人格教育中开展广泛的儒家君子理想人格教育势在必行。College students＇ personality education is part of the college students＇ ideological and political education work. The 18th National Congress pointed out that culture is the nation＇s blood and people＇s spiritual home. In the field of ideological and political education, it is extremely important to inherit and carry forward Chinese excellent traditional culture represented by Confucianism. Therefore, it is imperative to carry out the extensive education of Confucian gentleman＇s ideal personality for the education of contemporary college students＇ personality.
