摘  要:落实"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的发展理念,立足于"互联网+"和"一带一路"的社会经济发展要求,主动融入产业转型升级和创新驱动发展战略,搭建企业需求与学生学习之间的桥梁,实现"规模化定制"人才培养规格与社会需求的动态适应。以提高物流人才培养质量为目标,创新"企业定制与学生自主定制"相结合的人才培养方案,以"物流专业人才资历架构"的人才培养体制机制改革为核心,以"双师型+国际化"教学团队、"知识点+能力点+案例库"课程体系、"线上+线下"课堂教学方式、"创新+创业"实践教学、"过程化+多元化"教学管理等关键要素为重点改革内容。Firmly establish the concept of innovation,coordination,green,open,shared development,based on economic and social development requirements of "Internet"and "the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st- Century Maritime Silk Road",we should take initiative to integrate into the development strategy of industrial upgrading and innovation,building a bridge between business needs and student learning,then to realize the dynamic adaptation of "mass customization"students training and social demand. To improve the quality of logistics professional students is the goal of logistics specialty comprehensive reform during the 13 th Five- Year reform,innovation training plan based on "enterprise customization and students customized combination". The training system reform of logistics professional takes student’s qualifications framework "as the core. Key reforms include: "double division + international"teaching team,knowledge point + ability + case base course system,online +offline classroom teaching methods,"innovation and entrepreneurship " practice teaching,"process + diversity " teaching management.
