摘 要:根据车辆在不同行驶工况下各驱动轮载荷会发生转移的特点,采用分层控制方法分配驱动力矩,优化车辆行驶性能。分配控制系统由力矩计算模块和控制分配算法模块组成。其中力矩计算模块根据输入的驾驶员操作信号计算出车辆总需求力矩和驱动轮实时载荷,分配算法模块根据驱动轮实时载荷优化分配各驱动轮上的驱动力矩。仿真结果表明,根据车辆行驶过程中载荷转移情况,对驱动力矩进行优化分配,使得车辆加速或爬坡时的动力性和转向时的稳定性得到了提高。For the driving wheel load transfer characteristics under different driving conditions,a hierarchical control allocation approach is applied to improve vehicle performance by optimizing distribution of the drive torque. Distribution control system consists of torque calculation module and control allocation algorithm module. The torque calculation module calculates total vehicle demand torque and driving wheel real-time load according to the input of driver operation signal. The distribution algorithm module optimizes and allocates the driving torque on driving wheel according to the driving wheel realtime load. The simulation results show that according to the vehicle load transfer process,optimizing allocation of the driving torque can improve the dynamic property when vehicle accelerating or climbing,steering stability when vehicle steering.
