常州创意产业基地现存问题及对策研究

摘　　要：文章对常州创意产业基地的发展现状、运营模式进行了阐述,对目前存在的体制、产业特色、产业链形成、人才、资金等问题进行了分析,并提出了加强政府领导、塑造特色、促进产业链发展、吸纳和培养高端创意人才、拓宽企业融资渠道、提高财政扶持资金使用效能等六项建议。This paper describes the developing situation and operation pattern of the Changzhou Creative Industry Park. It analyses the existing problems on system、industrial features、formation of industry chain、talent and funds. It offers six constructive suggestions： strengthening government leadership; creating characteristics;promoting the development of the industrial chain;attracting and cultivating high-end creative talent; expanding finance channels for enterprises;raising application performance of the fund for supporting.
