摘 要:科技人才作为科技创新的主力,近年随着科技创新速度的加快以及全国各地对科技人才争夺的加剧,有关科技人才的绩效管理工作日益成为了企业关注的焦点。云南企业近年随着大量科技人才引进、培养工作的推进,在科技人才绩效管理方面取得一定的进步,但仍有大量的问题急需解决。文章通过介绍云南省企业近年在科技人才工作取得成就的基础上,针对目前科技人才工作现状和问题,提出了云南省企业科技人才绩效管理的对策建议。The scientific and technological personnel as the main scientific and technological innovation,science and technology in recent years with increased competition for talent as well as throughout the country to speed up the pace of technological innovation, relevant scientific and technological personnel performance management is increasingly becoming the focus of corporate attention. Yunnan enterprises in recent years with the introduction of a large number of scientific and technological personnel, training to promote the work and achieved some progress in scientific and technological personnel performance management, but there is still a lot of issues need to be resolved. The article describes the Yunnan enterprise technology professionals work in recent years on the basis of achievements for the current status of the work of scientific and technological talents and issues put forward suggestions in Yunnan enterprise performance management technology professionals.
