摘　　要：目的研究我院远程会诊在临床工作中的疑难病例的应用分析。方法对我院80例远程会诊患儿信息资料进行统计分析。结果通过远程会诊70例患儿得到了明确诊断及治疗方案,使患儿得到有效的治疗指导;6例经共同讨论病情,确定治疗性方案,患儿痊愈出院;2例指导患儿全面健康护理,2例转诊病人的病例讨论,提高基层医院的诊疗水平。结论远程会诊工作,能够有效的帮助患儿解决看病远,就医难,以及疑难病例尽快确诊和治疗的实际需要,也有效的减少了病人转诊费用、缩短平均住院日,使诊断符合率和治疗效果大大提高。Objective To study the application of remote consultation for difficult disease in clinical work. Methods Eighty cases of hospital teleconsultation information for statistical analysis. Results Seventy cases of children through teleconsultation get a clear diagnosis and treatment plan,so that children receive effective treatment guidance; six patients to discuss the disease,determine treatment programs,patients were discharged; two cases of children with the guidance of the overall health care,two cases of referrals of cases to discuss and improve the diagnosis and treatment of primary hospital. Conclusion Remote consultation work,not only can effectively help children solve the doctor away,and solve the diagnosis and treatment for difficult cases as soon as possible,but also effectively reduce the patient＇s referral costs and shorten the average length of stay,so the diagnosis rate and therapeutic effect of greatly increased.
