摘　　要：《医案偶存》十二卷,成书于清代咸丰年间,是旴江医家李铎个人诊疗医案的汇总。李铎为江西南丰人,根据县志及本书序跋等考证,约生活于1795-1866年,出身小官吏家庭,自幼习医,成年后以经商为生,为人孝友,三十岁时,因堂兄卒于误治而母亲多病,发愤重新学医并成为当地一代名医。该书内容丰富,记录李氏治疗疑难重症,纠正失治误治的个人经验以及临证各科诊疗心得,成书十年后才得以刊行于世,受到广泛赞誉。The Xujiang medicinal book,Yi An Ou Cun, compiled into 12 fascicles, was written in Xian Feng period of the Qing Dynasty. It is the experience summary of Xujiang doctor LI Duo. LI Duo（1795？-1866？）, a native doctor of Nanchang in Jiangxi Province, was born in an official family studying medicine at a very young age. When he was thirty years old, he switched from a filial and kind business man to a local famous doctor for cousin＇s death and mother＇s diseases.The informative book, recording his meathods to treat incurable, fatal diseases by personnel misdiagnose correction and clinical experience, was published ten years after the first completion with widespread praise.
