异地务工青年就业意愿调查研究——以广东顺德为例

摘　　要：进入"十二五"发展时期以来,顺德区以城市升级、产业转型、改革创新三大工作主线提高城市化进程速度,异地务工青年已经成为了异地务工人员的主体,他们追求发展、具有强烈的求知欲和创业意识。本调研主要是以广东顺德为例,研究异地务工青年个体因素的差异对外出就业的目的和规划产生的影响,希望引起政府和企业的重视,有针对性地为异地务工青年提供更好的保障和服务。Since the ＂ twelfth five- year＂ development period,3 main working tasks of city upgrading,industrial transformation and reform innovation of shunde city have raised the urbanization speed,long distance migrant youth has become the main body of foreign workers,their pursuit of development has a strong thirst for knowledge and consciousness of creation. Taking shunde,guangdong as an example,this research mainly concerns with the study of differences in different rural youth individual factors on the on the purpose of employment and the impact of planning,hoping to cause the attention of government and enterprise that be targeted for long- distance migrant youth protection and provide better service.
