基于PCA的高校学生干部激励影响因子实证研究

摘　　要：以马斯洛的层次需求理论为依据,利用SPSS17.0统计软件对高校学生干部激励影响因素进行主成分分析(PCA),筛选影响高校学生干部激励因子的关键因素,并构建学生干部激励因子模型。本研究为高校管理者做好学生思想政治工作提供参考,从而促使各项学生工作的更好开展。According to Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs,the principal component analysis（ PCA） of the university students cadres motivational factors was analyzed by SPSS17. 0 statistical software in the paper.And the key factors affecting the university students cadres motivational factors were screened. The model of students cadres motivational factors was constructed. This study result also provided a reference for college administrators to do a better job in ideological and political work,and promote the better development in the aspect of students education.
