摘  要:目的探讨加压素1a受体(VlaR)在小鼠自发活动和学习记忆中的作用。方法同窝野生(WT)小鼠和V1aR敲除(KO)小鼠各10只,采用旷场实验检测两组小鼠的自发活动,采用新物体认知实验检测两组小鼠的记忆能力。结果两组小鼠自发活动无明显差别(P>0.05),KO组小鼠的对新物体认知能力显著低于WT组(P<0.01)。结论 V1aR敲除不影响小鼠自发活动,但损伤小鼠记忆能力,提示V1aR在学习记忆中发挥重要作用。Objective To investigate the effects of vasopressin V1 a receptor( V1aR) on locomotive activity,learning and memory in mice. Methods Behavioral experiments were performed in littermate wild-type( WT) and V1 aR knockout( KO) mice,10 mice each group. Open field test was employed to detect locomotive activity of WT and KO mice,and novel object recognition test was used to detect novel object recognition. Results Compared with WT mice,V1 aR KO mice showed normal locomotive activity( P〉0. 05) and exhibited an impairment in novel object recognition( P〈0. 01). Conclusion V1 aR knockout has no effect on locomotive activity,but impairs novel object recognition of mice,suggesting that V1 aR plays an important role in learning and memory.
