Er:YAG激光用于牙颈部楔状缺损的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究应用Er：YAG激光治疗楔状缺损伴牙本质过敏的效果。方法选取2014年1月~2015年12月于一汽总医院口腔科门诊就诊的109例患者,随机分成两组,即实验组用Er：YAG激光制洞加激光脱敏治疗法（60颗）,对照组用机械预备加脱敏剂的方法（49颗）。比较两组患牙的治疗效果,牙本质过敏症状的改善结果。结果两组治疗后修复体的表面情况、边缘着色、是否有继发龋和牙龈炎症对比检验,P〉0.05,差异没有统计学意义;两组治疗后的牙本质敏感度,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论结合Er：YAG激光的治疗特点,证实激光在光固化复合树脂治疗有牙本质过敏的楔状缺损中有较好的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the effect of Er ：YAG Laser in the treatment of teeth with wedge-shaped defect and dentin sensitivity. Methods 109 patients who visited the FAW hospital between January 2014 and December 2015 had been chosen,and randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group were treated by the Er ：YAG laser（60 cases）,the control group were treated with the traditional method and desensitizer（49 cases）. The effect in desensitizing of the two groups were compared. Results The results of the surface of the restoration situation,edge coloring,secondary caries and gum inflammation were tested,P〈0.05,without statistical significance. The result of dentin sensitivity of the two groups were with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Er ：YAG laser treatment is useful in the treatment of teeth with wedge-shaped defect and dentin sensitivity.
