摘 要:目的分析胸腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗食管癌的临床疗效。方法选择来我院治疗的食管癌98例患者作为研究对象,依据手术方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组进行三切口开胸食管癌根治术,观察组进行胸腔镜联合腹腔镜手术。记录两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、淋巴结扫除情况。结果两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、淋巴结扫除情况对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗食管癌,手术时间短,术后出血较少,且创伤小,易恢复。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of esophageal cancer by the thoracoscopy combined with laparoscopy. Methods Selected our hospital 98 patients with esophageal cancer as research subjects,based surgical methods were divided into control group and observation group,49 cases each. Control group used three thoracotomy esophageal cancer surgery,observation group was carried out with thoracoscopy combined with laparoscopy. Recording two groups of blood loss in patients,operative time,remove lymph situation. Results Two groups of patients of blood loss,operative time,remove lymph contrast to the situation,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Thoracoscopy combined with laparoscopy in treatment of esophageal cancer,have shorter operative time,less bleeding,and less traumas,easy to restore.
